CLEAR programs include NEMO, the National NEMO Network, the Geospatial Technology Program, LERIS, the Land Use Planning Program, the Green Valley Institute and the Urban Forestry and Forest Stewardship programs.

CLEAR’s mission is to provide information, education and assistance to land use decision makers in support of balancing growth and natural resource protection.
